Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp

Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp is set on the edge of the world renowned Okavango Delta in a 7000-hectare wildlife concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve in Botswana.  The name Nxabega means "Place of the Giraffe" and the camp is perfectly positioned to explore the stunning magnificence of the Okavango - the largest inland delta in the world.

The camp is nestled under a canopy of tall African ebony trees and comprises of nine elegant canvas sided raised tented rooms.  Each is stylish in décor and has an adjoining bathroom as well as a private viewing deck with expansive views over the surrounding floodplain.  The main area, which is made out of reed and thatch, provides several comfortable seating areas and offers spectacular views.

During a stay at Nxabega, guests have the opportunity to explore the Delta and its native inhabitants in the company of experienced guides on a variety of land and water safari activities including twice daily vehicle based game drives in open 4x4 safari vehicles, mokoro (traditional dugout canoe) and powerboat trips.
