Selinda Camp

Selinda Camp is situated in the Selinda Private Reserve which is north east of the Okavango Delta adjacent to Chobe National Park.

Accommodation & Facilities
Selinda Camp has eight spacious double or twin bedded walk-in safari style tents with private facilities. They are comfortably furnished with rich fabrics, a dressing table and a veranda with easy chairs. The main thatched building houses a comfortable lounge with a dining room above, both with spectacular views. There is also a plunge pool (into which wild dog chased an impala during Richard's stay a few years ago), as well as a curio store and walk in wine cellar, which is available for guest to enjoy.

Wildlife & Activities
Wildlife and birdwatching in the Selinda area is good throughout the year; the birding is particularly impressive during the wet months (Dec-April) when dozens of migratory species pass through. Game viewing is from open vehicles or on foot, and the guiding here is of a very high standard. Guests choosing walking safaris between the two camps have an excellent chance to see more of the area and its varied flora and fauna.
