Driftwood Beach Club

The Driftwood Beach Club, located three kilometers south of the town of Malindi on the Indian Ocean coast of Kenya, enjoys a beautiful setting on Silversands beach, yet is only a five minute drive from Malindi airport.

Accommodation & Facilities
This small and friendly privately owned hotel accommodates up to 70 guests. The individual air-conditioned cottages all have adjoining bathrooms, a thatched roof, and a small veranda. The tropical gardens are the setting for a swimming pool, main bar, dining area, and a restaurant serving excellent meals and snacks with fresh seafood as a speciality. Driftwood Beach Club has two luxury "Director's" cottages, set in a private walled garden with their own shared swimming pool. These cottages have two large, air-conditioned bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, a spacious living room, and "veranda". They are private and self-contained-ideal for family groups.

Wildlife & Activities
The Driftwood Beach Club can arrange numerous activities for guests including scuba diving, snorkelling, golf, deep sea fishing, tennis, horseback riding, dhow excursions, visits to the nearby Gedi Ruins, bird watching and wind surfing.
