Elephant Pepper Camp
Elephant Pepper Camp is in a private area outside the Masai Mara. It is a bush camp, which is secluded amongst shady trees, impinging little on the natural habitat, so animals wander through the area unperturbed.
The camp has eight tents overlooking the plains of the Masai Mara. All tents come with en-suite dressing rooms, safari showers filled with hot water on request and flush toilets. Elephant Pepper Camp is a traditional bush camp where you spend nights sitting around the camp fire and eating dinner under the stars. There is a small lounge tent with comfy chairs, a great place to relax at the end of the day with a small library of reference books.
From Elephant Pepper Camp game drives with experienced guides in customised 4x4 vehicles allow guests to view the incredible Masai Mara wildlife. Between July and October, wildebeest and zebra cross the plains, migrating from the adjoining Serengeti. These animals are prey for lions, leopards and cheetahs, which abound in large numbers. Walking safaris are also available, and offer a different perspective of the National Reserve.
