Kicheche Bush Camp
Kicheche Bush Camp is small and intimate, situated in Olare Orok Conservancy area just outside the Masai Mara National Reserve. The camp is completely unfenced, allowing game to wander freely.
Accommodation & Facilities
Just six specially designed guest tents look out over the surrounding stunning views across the grassy plains. Each has a private sitting deck area and a large bedroom complete with adjoining bucket shower and flush toilet. The facilities include a dining tent, though most meals are eaten outdoors, weather permitting. The sitting area, equipped with comfy chairs, is a great place to relax at the end of the day with a book from the small library and a drink.
Wildlife & Activities
Kicheche's experienced guides lead game drives in customized 4x4 vehicles allowing guests to view the incredibly varied Masai Mara wildlife. Between July and October the annual wildebeest and zebra migration from the Serengeti crosses the plains and the Mara lions, leopards and cheetah prey on the passing herds. Being based in the Olare Orok Conservancy, you are guarenteed a minimum of other vehicles which enhances the unique nature of your experience. Walking safaris from the camp are available, offering a different perspective of the Reserve and its flora and fauna.
