Kicheche

Kicheche tented camp lies withing the Koiyaki Lemek Group Ranch, just outside Kenya's famous Masai Mara National Reserve, in a secluded, private area among Euclea and African olive trees. The natural, unspoiled habitat around the camp allows animals to wander unperturbed through the area.

Accommodation & Facilities
The 12 safari tents overlook grassy plains, and each has an adjoining bucket shower and flush toilet. Guests usually dine outdoors, although there is a central dining tent. The large separate communal tent has comfortable chairs and a small library of reference books; this is a great place to relax at the end of the day.

Wildlife & Activities
Kicheche's experienced guides lead game drives in customized 4x4 vehicles, allowing guests to view the incredible varied Masai Mara wildlife. Between July and October, the annual wildebeest and zebra migration from the Serengeti crosses the plains and the Mara lions, leopards, and cheetah prey on the passing herds.  Walking safaris from the camp are available, offering a different perspective of the Reserve and its flora and fauna.
