Kitich
Kitich Camp is situated in the central part of the Mathews Mountain Range in Northern Kenya, nestled amongst a fig tree grove on the banks of the seasonal Ngeng River. The small camp and has six well-appointed traditional style safari tents with adjoining bathrooms and flush toilets. Walk along forest paths guided by the Samburu and Ndorobo people, or swim in natural rock pools of the crystal mountain streams, Kitich Camp offers a truly unique and private forest wildlife experience. The incredibly beautiful surrounding forest is a haven for guests interested in flora and fauna. The remote and unpopulated Ngeng valley is a refuge for many wild animals, especially elephants that roam freely there. Bird watching in the local area is also excellent.
