Princesse Bora Lodge        
  
Princesse Bora Lodge is situated on the west coast of Ile Saint Marie. The lodge was built and managed is by Francois-Xavier and Sophie, a Swiss couple, who have set the highest standards of accommodation and service on the island.The lodge has fifteen bungalows dotted around the smart grounds. All the bungalows have sea views, but some are not directly on the beach. The rooms at Princesse Bora Lodge are tastefully furnished and have adjoining bathrooms, a ceiling fan and a veranda. The lodge has a comfortable lounge and a well stocked bar, there are two dining areas in the restaurant, both having a quiet intimate atmosphere. The sandy beach at Princesse Bora Lodge is protected by a coral reef and is wonderful for snorkeling and scuba diving. Waterskiing is available as are boat and 4 x 4 vehicle excursions. Motorcycles and bicycles are available to rent. In the waters here between June and September guests have excellent whale-watching opportunities when the humpback whales congregate to give birth and mate.
