Danforth Lodge and Yacht Charters 

 

Danforth Lodge and yacht charters is based at Cape Maclear bordering the Lake Malawi National Park. Surrounded by islands, this is one of the most beautiful locations on the lake.

Accommodation & Facilities
The lodge has seven large rooms, tastefully decorated in cool, nautical colors all with with adjoining bathrooms, air conditioned facilities and wonderful views of the lake. All room open onto the garden, swimming pool and straight down to the beach. A beachside thatched gazebo forms the dining area. Sun loungers and shady hammocks offer a place for rest and relaxation. Children and families are most welcome.

Wildlife & Activities
There are many watersports available on site including water-skiing, sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing and a fully equipped PADI dive center. The ocean going catarmaran is available for day sailing and sunset cruises, or full live-aboard yacht charters.
