Ant's Nest
Ant's Nest is a unique bush home on a private game reserve in South Africa's malaria free Waterberg region some three to four hours drive from Johannesburg. The Waterberg is malaria free making this area particularly suitable for families travelling with young children.
The owners' policy of only taking one group or couple at a time means that personal service and flexibility are guaranteed and that guests' visits can be completely tailor made. The main house has four double rooms, comfortable lounge and a small library, and is surrounded by an open verandah. There is also a swimming pool where guests can relax during the heat of the day.
Activities include guided walks, horseback game viewing , mountain biking and game drives. Bush breakfasts, suppers around open fires or lunches under shady trees are all part of the Ant's Nest experience.
