Ant's Nest

Ant's Nest is a unique destination only three to four hours drive from Johannesburg on a private game reserve in the Waterberg region. The area is free from malaria, making this area particularly suitable for families with young children.

The owners have a policy of accepting only one group or couple at a time which guarantees personal service and flexible itineraries; guests' visits can be completely tailor-made. There are four double rooms, two in the main house and two in separate cottages in the gardens.  A comfortable lounge and a small library surrounded by an open veranda, complete the facilities. There is also a swimming pool where guests can relax during the daytime heat.

Activities available at Ant's Nest include horseback game viewing, guided walks, mountain biking, and game drives. Guests may also eat bush breakfasts, share suppers around open fires and lunches under shady trees around the lodge.
