Djuma Bush Lodge
Djuma Bush Lodge is situated in a private concession in the Sabi Sands area, adjacent to the Kruger National Park. There are just eight thatched cottages dotted among the well-maintained gardens. Each cottage has an adjoining bathroom and air-conditioning for the hotter times of the year. The thatched main building features the dining room and bar, and it has verandas with lovely views over a permanent lagoon. There is a newly built plunge pool, also with views over the lagoon. Game viewing from Djuma Bush Lodge is exceptional. There is no boundary fence between Kruger National Park and the private concession, so the wildlife is free to roam in and out of the area around the camp. This is a big five area (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino) and game viewing with knowledgeable rangers is available both by vehicle and on foot. Guests are given time to enjoy the sights and sounds of Africa.
