Jembisa
Jembisa is a beautiful bush home situated within its own game reserve in the heart of the beautiful malaria free Waterberg Plateau, three hours north of Johannesburg.
Built originally as a family home, Jembisa has a wonderful atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. The lodge is built from local stone and thatch in harmony with its surroundings. The five en-suite bedrooms are decorated with natural materials in an Afro-colonial style. A swimming pool and tennis court are situated in the lovely gardens.
Activities in the Jembisa reserve include day and night game drives, bush walks and exploring ancient bushman sites and paintings. Guests can also spend a night camping under canvas if they wish to. There are a number of other activities close by including elephant back safaris and horse riding.
