Pafuri Camp
Pafuri is a tented safari camp situated in the northern section of the Kruger National Park between the Limpopo and the Luvuvhu Rivers, in a 24 000-hectare area called the Pafuri or the Makuleke.
Accommodation consists of 20 large tented rooms, each with en-suite bathroom facilities. The tented rooms are spread well apart and all look out over the Luvuvhu River. The furthest tents are some distance from the main area (this is between tents 7 and 8 and there is a mile of boardwalk between tent 1 and tent 20) where the dining area, bar and two pools are situated.
This area is famous for the large herds of elephant and buffalo that are resident most of the year round. Whilst staying at Pafuri guests can enjoy both day and night game drives in open 4 x 4 vehicles as well as walks.
