Kusini

Kusini is spectacularly located in the natural curve of a cluster of kopjes (standing rocks) at the southern end of the Serengeti. The luxury camp blends seamlessly into the surrounding wilderness area and complements the unusual setting.

Kusini is a private, exclusive destination with nine beautifully appointed and decorated safari style tents; all with adjoining bathroom facilities and a private viewing deck. The old world charm of the accommodations are complemented by the traditional daily sundowners served atop a kopje (a small hill rising up from the African veld ) offering guests spectacular views in a relaxing setting. The evening bush meals are gourmet affairs served under the stars at the camp.

Game viewing in the area is peaceful but excellent; Kusini Camp is well distanced from the majority of Serengeti lodges. Guests have the choice of either a drive in open 4x4 vehicles, or by foot on a guided bush walk. The camp is close to the route of the annual wildebeest and zebra migration; it truly is a once in a lifetime experience.
