Nsolo Bushcamp
Nsolo Bushcamp is a remote seasonal camp in the South Luangwa National Park run by Norman Carr Safaris.
Accommodation & Facilities
Nsolo is the local name for the honey guide bird. Accommodations at the camp consist of four spacious canvas-roofed chalets perched on elevated wooden platforms built in the shade of large evergreen trees. The open-fronted rooms each have a private open air bathroom and a veranda with wonderful views overlooking the surrounding landscape. The central area comprises a thatched lounge with a dining area and bar offering a peaceful refuge where guests can relax with a cool drink and a book from the library, or view the variety of wildlife visiting the waterhole.
Wildlife & Activities
Nsolo Bushcamp offers a choice of vehicle-based day and night wildlife drives as well as guided walking safaris. The diversity of wildlife in the South Luangwa National Park makes this a great place to view lion and leopard. Nsolo can be combined with the other three Norman Carr bush camps in South Luangwa to form a complete walking safari.
