The Bushcamp Company

The Bushcamp Company is comprised of 6 exclusive camps in the South Luangwa National Park. Although each camp is individually designed and has its own character, they are all intimate with only four tents, rondavels or tree houses. The camps are perfectly located to accommodate guests looking to take part on walking safaris as it is possible to walk from one camp to another. This allows guests to experience the sights, smells and sounds of Africa on a totally different level in comparison to driving safaris.

Accommodation & Facilities
Each camp is unique with its own specific style from Kuyenda, perhaps the simplest of camps with authentic charm and traditional thatched huts to the newest camp, Zungulila with its homely interior with private bathroom facilities. Kapamba has a hint of luxury, with its wide verandahs, twin showers and private plunge pools. Chindeni cleverly combines the sense of adventure that comes with sleeping under canvas with the comfort of a modern luxurious tented camp. Bilimungwe is a nature lover's paradise with its lounge area overlooking a busy waterhole where warthog and elephant frequent. Chamilandu offers stunning views over the Luangwa River from the three stilted tree houses that make up this camp.
