Acacia House

Acacia House is a private safari house set within the Rekero Private Conservancy in the northern tip of the Masai Mara, an altitude of 6,200 feet. Acacia House overlooks the Rekero waterhole at the foot of Kipileo Hill.

Accommodation & Facilities
Acacia House has two spacious bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, and a third attic room, ideal for children, which shares the second bathroom. The rooms are spacious, and the furnishings are simple but attractive. The house is designed with families in mind, to offer a comfortable, relaxed and private safari that is ideal for younger children. The house has its own chef, who prepares fantastic meals with fresh, local ingredients. The house also has its own swimming pool.

Wildlife & Activities
Acacia House offers private game viewing in custom built safari vehicles, visits to the local villages and schools, picnics in the bush and sun downers. Guests interested in community based conservation are welcome to participate in the Rekero Trust’s projects, including computer training for local communities. The house also makes an ideal spot for relaxing and observing wildlife visiting the waterhole, and the amazing range of resident birdlife.
