Rhino Relocation, Namibia

Namibia’s rhino conservation programme has been very successful and recently a number of relocations were planned to repopulate areas in which rhinos had previously lived. With many of the areas out of range of vehicles, even those with low-range gearboxes and four wheel drive, a radical approach was required as the pictures below show.
