West Coast
Perhaps the single biggest advantage of western Mauritius is the sunset view that blesses almost every resort. Less developed than the east coast there are a number of excellent resorts here and some exciting surfing around Tamarin Beach during the winter months and good game fishing at the Riviere Noire.
