Pricing and Planning

It is our goal to provide our clients with a truly first class, tailor made African safari away from the crowds. If this is your first time looking into safaris and have no idea where to start, we will work tirelessly to design an itinerary to meet your wishes. We can even help experienced safari travelers in search of new experiences, by recommending unique destinations we have discovered through our own extensive travels. Even in the earliest stages of planning, we would be more than happy to talk to you about our services and accommodations that could help in your travels.

We have arranged good safaris for about $6,000 per person, but note that last year our average client spent just over $8,000 per person. For increased luxuries such as first class flights and accommodations, and exclusive, remote campgrounds expect to spend around $12,000 per person. Please note these include international flights, accommodation, meals and activities such as game drives and walks are all included in the price.

After we have completed your personalized itinerary, it will then be approved by you, before we give you a detailed quote. To confirm arrangements, we will need you to complete and return our booking form along with a 25% deposit. We gladly accept check, debit or credit card, or bank transfer.
