Hilton Northolme

The Hilton Northolme can be found on Mahé Island’s south west coast.  This small five star hotel sits on a peninsula giving spectacular panoramic views of the pristine white sand beaches of the Seychelles, and the Indian Ocean beyond.  This is the smallest hotel in the Hilton chain and is a real break with tradition for this brand.

The hotel offers 40 spacious villas with sea views, accommodating a maximum of 80 guests at any time, which makes it the perfect place for couples desiring understated luxury and intimate seclusion.  The rooms have been decorated stylishly, combining the elegance of contemporary design with traditional Seychellois architecture.  Every room has a four poster bed, an adjoining bathroom, a Jacuzzi and a balcony, and is fully equipped with high speed internet, a TV and DVD system.  The hotel offers three restaurants, one of which is open air, and the team of resident chefs produces culinary delights for all tastes. Guests may choose to eat in the restaurants or to enjoy complete privacy and dine in their villa.

The Northolme is an ideal base from which to explore the island of Mahé, as well as being the perfect place for relaxing and rejuvenating oneself.  Snorkeling equipment, bicycles and canoes are available to all guests.  The hotel can arrange a variety of motorized water sports including deep sea fishing, sunset cruises, and scuba diving on guests’ behalf, in conjunction with a local water sports operator.  For those who prefer other forms of entertainment there is a large fully equipped gym and team of spa therapists, and the chance to take cookery and cocktail making master classes.
