Savanna Lodge

 

Savanna Lodge is a private game lodge, located in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve which borders the Kruger National Park in South Africa. The area surrounding the lodge is mainly flat open savanna, which is renowned for its fantastic cheetah sightings.

Accommodation & Facilities
This lodge has nine suites which combine the romance of a tented roof with the sophistication of a permanent structure which ensures elegance and luxury. There is also a welcoming lounge and dining area, a library and a communal swimming pool which is perfect for taking a cooling dip in during siesta time.

Wildlife & Activities
Game viewing in this area is superb. There is no boundary between the private areas and the Kruger National Park, and game, including the Big 5 (lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant and rhino) is free to move in and out of the area. Game viewing with knowledgeable rangers takes place in both vehicles and on foot, and time is taken to enjoy the sights and sounds with the vehicle stopped and the engine off.
