Tanda Tula Safari Camp is situated in the private 20,000 acre Timbavati Reserve on the Western border of Kruger National Park in South Africa. With no physical boundary between the two areas animals are free to move backwards and forwards at will.

The camp has 12 spacious "East African" safari tents with adjoining bathrooms and a timbered deck looking over lush riverine vegetation. The central area at Tanda Tula has a comfortable lounge, dining area, and a lovely swimming pool.

Around Tanda Tula the game viewing is good and guests can look out for the "Big five" of lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino. Vehicle based game viewing is available and walking safaris with an armed ranger are popular. Most of these activities take place during this early morning and late afternoon when the animals are their most active.
