Meet the Team

Sheila Cresswell

Sheila joined Aardvark in the summer of 2003, after taking time to raise three boys and then spending ten years in London working in travel. She moved out to the countryside, saw our ad in a local newspaper for a “Chief Administrator,” and the rest, as they say, is history. Her past does contain one guilty secret. Originally, she trained as a food scientist and worked with Walls Ice Cream in product development. If it wasn’t for Sheila some of us may have never tasted Walls “Raspberry Ripple” and “Soft Scoop” ice cream.
