Mysigio Camp

Mysigio Camp is a small and intimate camp in the highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation area. Perched in a grove of ancient acacia trees, it has wonderful views over Lake Eyasi and the Ndutu area of the Serengeti. A proportion of the proceeds go directly to supporting the local Masai community.

Accommodation & Facilities
The twelve spacious, luxurious semi-permanent tents at Mysigio Camp have en suite bucket showers, eco-loos and a private verandah with stunning views. There is also a dining tent and a separate lounge area complete with wood burning stoves to keep the chill off. Solar panels power the camp to minimize the environmental footprint.

Wildlife & Activities
Mysigio Camp is a great base from which to explore the Ngorongoro Crater and the nearby local Masai villages. Guests may also have an opportunity to meet Ole Dirio, the local chief who will talk about his life and the challenges he faces guiding his village into the 21st century.
