Plantation Lodge

Plantation Lodge is located in a delightful garden on a working coffee and arable farm just outside Karatu, a short drive from Lake Manyara and less than an hour from Ngorongoro Crater.

Accommodation & Facilities
The privately owned lodge has sixteen spacious beautifully furnished and elegant rooms. Each room has adjoining bathrooms. The rooms are divided into different self contained houses with their own lounge and dining areas thus providing a very intimate atmosphere. The cuisine and service here are of a very high standard.

Wildlife & Activities
Plantation Lodge is an excellent place to stay for a night or two en route between Tarangire or Manyara and The Serengeti. It is possible to make day trips into both Lake Manyara National Park as well as the Ngorongoro Crater. Alternatively guests might like to relax by the pool or take great walks from the lodge into the encompassing area.
