Lake Manze

Lake Manze Tented Camp is located in Selous Game Reserve, the largest game reserve in Africa, and situated on the banks of Lake Manze. The camp is located between two parts of the lake, so a cool breeze is ever present.

Accommodation & Facilities
Lake Manze is a simple, authentic safari camp, and comprises twelve tents carefully placed under the shade of Acacia trees. The tents are spacious, and have an en-suite outdoor bathroom with a flush loo and a shower. The tents are well spaced around the extensive camp area with the lodge and dining area in the central section along the shores of Lake Manze, and each tent has a view of the lake.

Wildlife & Activities
Guests have the choice of game drives, boating or walking safaris. Boating safaris on Lake Manze are a great way to see the large numbers of hippo and crocodile in the lake. The wildlife that is regularly seen on a game drive includes hyena, lion and elephant. Walking safaris allow you to get much closer to nature, tracking animals and taking in the smells and sights of Africa.
