Like its sister property Crocodile River, Chikoko Tree Camp also consists of just three chalets, resulting in an intimate environment. Situated under an acacia grove, the camp is located just 8km upstream from Tafika Camp, but the feeling of remoteness is overriding.

Accommodation & Facilities
The chalets are unique with each being split into two levels; the lower deck houses en-suite facilities including flush toilet, bucket shower and basins, while the upper deck sits about three meters off the ground creating a wonderful vantage point from which to take in the peaceful surroundings from the enormous beds. The communal area includes a bar, lounge and dining area.

Wildlife & Activities
A pure walking safari camp, Chikoko Tree Camp puts the emphasis on exploring the surrounding wilderness on foot. Professional guides and armed scouts lead each walk in this game rich region where exhilarating sightings of lion, buffalo, elephant and hippo are frequent.
