Fundu Lagoon

Fundu Lagoon is positioned on the south west coast of Pemba Island, north of Zanzibar. This retreat is situated on the exquisite Wambaa Peninsular looking down on the Indian Ocean and is only reachable by boat.  

It is a distinguished resort that comprises of eighteen bungalows arranged over a forty two acre site, set along the beach, hillside and forest. Each of the thatched tented rooms and suites are built on wooden platforms presenting amazing views of the sea. Fundu Lagoon has a friendly laid back feel with the option to take part in a daily changing menu of activities or just simply relax.  

Fundu Lagoon is encompassed by some of the world’s leading dive sites. The resort has a fully equipped dive centre. A range of activities are on offer including snorkeling, canoeing, waterskiing, windsurfing and fishing, as well as a private charter of the thirty foot catamaran (additional costs are charged for some activities). For those wishing to relax, the Fundu Fusion Spa offers a combination of Asian and African treatments.
