Chisa Busanga Camp

Chisa Busanga Camp is an intriguing place to stay in a very remote part of this vast national park.  Designed to mimic the local weaver birds’ nests, the treetop pods overlook shallow wetlands and flood plains in the heart of Busanga Plains in Kafue National Park.  It’s a stunning spot teeming with wildlife, some great predator action and wonderful birdlife.

Accommodation & Facilities
Each of the four comfortably furnished nests has an inside and outside shower, a private observation deck and wonderful views across the plains below. The ground level boma is a great place to relax between safari activities and there is also a plunge pool to cool down in during the hottest months.

Wildlife & Activities
This rarely visited wilderness area is full of antelopes, birds and predators.  Safari activities offered from the camp include walking safaris and vehicle drives in electric solar-powered vehicles, allowing excellent sightings while slipping unheard through the bush.
