Cottar’s Bush Villa
Cottar’s Bush Villa has a glorious setting on a hillside within a 7,600 acre concession in Kenya’s Masai Mara, with the stunning backdrop of the Olderekesi Hills. The Homestead has breath-taking views across the border to the savannah plains of Tanzania’s Serengeti. The house was designed by the Cottar family, who have been running the neighbouring Cottar’s 1920’s Safari Camp for generations and has been diligently constructed from locally sourced eco-friendly materials.
Accommodation & Facilities
The fully-staffed private house can sleep up to 12 guests in five en-suite bedrooms, all with stunning views. The spacious living areas comprise a large living room, a dining room where delicious meals are served, and an impressive viewing deck with commanding views over the plains. There’s a 25 metre pool which also has fantastic views, and the house has its own safari vehicle and guide. It is the perfect retreat for families and groups of friends who wish to experience their own private piece of Africa.
