David Livingstone Safari Lodge and Spa

David Livingstone Safari Lodge and Spa is beautifully situated on the banks of the Zambezi River. The lodge faces westward over the Zambezi River, overlooking the Zambezi National Park, and is set amongst lush riverine vegetation.

Accommodation & Facilities

David Livingstone has 77 rooms with excellent views of the Zambezi River from private balconies. The air-conditioned rooms have en-suite bathrooms, a tv, mini-bar and kettle. The lodge has three inter-leading family rooms with two en-suite bedrooms. The lodge has a large indoor restaurant, a separate outside restaurant and bar, a spacious terrace with a swimming pool, a spa, and its own river boat, Lady Livingstone.

Wildlife & Activities

The David Livingstone is a perfect spot from which to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Zambezi River and the Victoria Falls area. Rich bird-life is found in the area and hippo are regularly seen in the river. Fishing is good, with tiger fishing especially exciting in the warmer months. Among the activities on offer here are Zambezi River cruises on the lodge’s own boat, visits to the Victoria Falls, white water rafting, river surfing, bungee jumping, abseiling, microlight and helicopter flights over the falls, horse riding, and canoeing.
