Desert Homestead

Desert Homestead is situated 35km southeast of Sesriem and the Sossusvlei dunes, in a wide grassy valley sheltered by the Nubib, Tsaris and Naukluft mountains.

Accommodation & Facilities
There are 19 rustic chalets, all built from local rock and blending in with the environment. Simply but comfortably furnished each has en-suite bathrooms and a private deck area outside. The main area has dining, bar and lounge areas as well as a small swimming pool and sun deck.

Wildlife & Activities
There are horses on site at Desert Homestead and guests can ride early morning and late evening. Guided tours into the Sossusvlei dunes can also be arranged.
