Huntingdon House

Huntingdon House is a luxurious colonial guesthouse in the Shire Highlands of southern Malawi. The house is set in the stunning Satemwa Tea Estate, which is one of the country’s most respected and established tea and coffee producers. There is a huge history to this house and it is still owned by the original family.

Accommodation & Facilities
There are just five en-suite rooms at Huntingdon House, all contained in the main building. There is a reception area and a lovely sitting room steeped in history.  The beautifully manicured gardens with secret patios and terraces are just waiting to be explored.  The food here is particularly memorable, and is served in the cosy dining room or under shady trees in the gardens.

Wildlife & Activities
Activities here include walking trails around the tea estate, coffee tours, tea tasting, mountain biking, birding and also day trips to Mount Mulanje.
