Laragai House

Laragai House is an exclusive use bush home situated within the privately owned Borana Ranch on the edge of the Laikipia plateau in northern Kenya. Originally built by Lords Valentine and Cecil as a country retreat, Laragai offers complete privacy and comfort in a breathtaking setting.

Accommodation & Facilities
The house, which can sleep up to 16 in eight beautifully decorated bedrooms, is ideal for families as well as groups of friends travelling together. The large sumptuous sitting room has a huge open fireplace, comfortable sofas as well satellite TV, WiFi, and there is also a games room if you can tear yourself away from the wildlife. There is also a large terrace for dining with uninterrupted and spectacular views of Kenyan wilderness: Lolokwe and Wamba Mountains dominate the far horizons to the north and Mount Kenya looms out of the clouds to the south and 3,000 feet below is Kenya’s Northern Frontier District. Fully staffed, Laragai is the perfect place to be spoilt and well looked after with delicious home cooked meals being prepared for you by the cook as well as a private safari guide on hand to show you this spectacular region of East Africa.
