LUX* Belle Mare

The LUX* Belle Mare is set in lush, tropical gardens overlooking a pristine stretch of beach on the eastern side of the island of Mauritius.

Accommodation & Facilities
There are 174 suites and 12 private villas at LUX* Belle Mare, with the bright interiors designed by Kelly Hoppen. The spacious rooms feature all modern amenities including air-conditioning, media system and minibar. The double room villas are best suited for families, and have interconnecting rooms and space for an additional sofa bed. There are five restaurants and three bars, an ice-cream parlour and café serving coffee which has been roasted on site. In addition to this there is a large child friendly pool with a shallow end and sloping bottom steps, spa with sauna and steam rooms, Jacuzzi and relaxation room and fully equipped kids and teens clubs.

Eating & Sleeping
Children can choose to eat at the Kids Club or can choose from a selection of child friendly dishes at the restaurants. There is a babysitting service available which needs to be arranged 24 hours in advance. It is provided by a qualified external party and has an hourly rate of MUR 500.

Activities
There are lots of water sports on offer including pedal boats, kayaks, windsurfs, catamarans, laser sail boats and water skiing. The hotel also has tennis courts, an on-site dive centre and access to nearby championship golf courses.
