Mayleko Lodge

Mayleko Lodge has a peaceful location 10 minutes away from Gondar, the Camelot of Ethiopia.

Accommodation & Facilities
The lodge has 21 cottages in its spacious gardens, built from reclaimed and sustainable materials, with stone walls under thatched roofs. Each cottage has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a flush loo, and a small verandah at the front, overlooking the shared garden. The lodge has a lovely restaurant at the top of the small hill, from which the views of the mountains and surrounding farmland are excellent.

Activities
Mayleko Lodge makes a good base from which to visit the castles and monuments of the Royal Enclosure in Gondar, an amazing World Heritage site dating from the 17th Century.
