Mboko Camp

Mboko Camp is set inside the Odzala-Kokoua National Park, next to the Lekoli River. In the heart of the Congo Basin, the world’s second largest expanse of tropical rainforest, it’s a perfect spot from which to experience a host of forest biodiversity, rare wildlife and significant populations of forest elephant.

Accommodation & Facilities
There are 12 cabins, including two family cabins, set in lush forest with views over the river. Each cabin has a deck with lounge chairs on which to relax and watch the river running past. There is a raised deck and bar area providing wonderful views over the surrounding savannah.

Wildlife & Activities
Most activities at Mboko Camp are conducted on foot or on a boat, with vehicles used only to get from one area to another. Walking can involve wading through streams and bais (forest clearings). Guests can expect to see various primates, plentiful bird life, forest elephants, bongo, forest buffalo, crocodiles and possibly hippo.
