Polana Hotel

The Polana Hotel is in the centre of Maputo, Mozambique’s capital city; a 15 minute drive from the airport. The original building is over 80 years old and retains the grandeur of its origins, alongside the necessary features of a modern hotel.

Accommodation & Facilities
The rooms in the original building are all slightly different from each other depending on their position within the building, but all have en suite facilities as well as telephone, tv, air conditioning and minibar. Those in the newer Polana del Mare, which is built down the slope towards the sea, are decorated with African themes and have the same facilities as those in the original building.

Wildlife & Activities
The Polana has a large open dining room which overlooks the swimming pool as well as a bar and patisserie serving pastries and coffee throughout the day.
