Selinda Suite

The Selinda Suite is situated next to Selinda Camp in the 130,000 hectare Selinda Private Reserve north east of the Okavango Delta adjacent to the Linyanti River and the Namibia border. The Selinda Reserve and the camp are named after the eponymous Spillway which connects the Okavango and Linyanti Rivers, flowing only when conditions allow.

Accommodation & Facilities
The Selinda Suite is a two-bedroom tented villa under a thatched roof. Each huge bedroom has a cooling system over the bed, a writing desk and chairs, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and inside and outside showers. The bedroom tents are either side of the suite’s private lounge and dining area, which also has a fridge. Outside there is a deck with a small pool with impressive views over the flood plains, and plenty of space for meals. The suite is exclusive, and guests can enjoy their own private vehicle, safari guide, chef, and manager/butler.

Wildlife & Activities
Thanks to the excellent habitat and year round water supply, wildlife viewing and bird watching in the Selinda Reserve is excellent throughout the season, with bird life being particularly impressive from December to March, when many migrant species arrive. Wildlife can be viewed from open vehicles, on foot or by boat when water levels allow, and guiding is of a particularly high standard. Walking safaris are an excellent way to see the area and its varied wildlife. The Suite has professional quality DSLR cameras and lenses and Leica or Swarovski binoculars for guests to enjoy during their stay.
