Selous Impala

Selous Impala Camp, an authentic, intimate tented camp, is located on the banks of the Rufiji River in Nyerere National Park in the northern part of the Nyerere National Park (formerly Selous Game Reserve), part of the largest protected area in Africa.

Accommodation & Facilities
The camp consists of eight spacious, traditional Meru-style safari tents on raised wooden decks, with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms, comfortable and attractive furniture, electricity and floor fans, and shaded verandahs offering great views over the Rufiji River and the lush forest beyond. There is a family tent which consists of two double tents, each with its own bathroom, sharing a verandah. The camp has a central dining area with a bar, a spacious deck from which guests can enjoy wonderful views of the river and the resident wildlife, and a swimming pool.

Wildlife & Activities
Selous Impala Camp offers a wide range of activities, with wildlife drives and boat safaris being included in the cost of a stay. Walking safaris, fishing and fly camping are all available at a supplementary cost.
