The Nest @ Sossus

The Nest @ Sossus is a lovely private villa tucked away in a well-vegetated valley on the private Namib Tsaris Conservancy. Just 45 minutes’ drive from the Sesriem Gate which gives access to the Sossusvlei Dunes and Dead Vlei, it is perfectly positioned for visits to Sossusvlei as well as exploring the conservancy itself.

The Nest is an award winning architectural masterpiece which has been designed on the structure of a sociable weaver nest. Comprising three en-suite double bedrooms and an en-suite children’s room, The Nest comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. Stylish modern furniture complements the spacious living areas which include indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a library and open plan kitchen. The garden features artworks, locally commissioned pieces, a small children’s playground, a variety of sitting areas and a large pool.

Activities & Wildlife
Activities include visits to the magnificent dunes at Sossusvlei as well as nature drives and guided walks on the Namib Tsaris Conservancy. A floodlit waterhole provides exciting and varied desert wildlife viewing as well as good bird watching.
