The Old Rectory

The Old Rectory is a small boutique hotel in an excellent location in the heart of Plettenberg Bay, one of South Africa’s best beach spots. Positioned on a quiet road, it is just one block from the beach.

The Old Rectory is a national monument, and has been sympathetically restored and altered to create a very stylish and charismatic property. There are just 18 rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, and either a garden or terrace outside.The hotel has a good pool, peaceful gardens, a private restaurant, bar, lounge and spa.

Activities

As a base for enjoying the beaches and watersports on offer at Plettenberg Bay, the Old Rectory is perfect. There are numerous restaurants and cafes in town too, should guests wish to explore other options for meals. Plettenberg Bay itself is also a good base for exploring some of the Garden Route’s attractions.
