Wayo Serengeti Naabi Hill Green Camp

Wayo Africa’s Naabi Hill Green Camp has a wonderful location in the southern Serengeti, with panoramic views of the vast short grass plains where the wildebeest migration assembles to give birth.

Accommodation & Facilities

Between December and March the camp sits at the foot of a giant kopje, in the shade of acacia tortilis trees. The camp has ten large safari tents that have minimum impact on the environment, with en-suite bathrooms that have hot safari showers and ecologically sound composting loos. The central mess tent has lounge chairs and a small library perfect for relaxing during the heat of the day. Meals are cooked on open fires and dining is communal, often at a long table set up outside under the stars. Private dinners can be set up with a campfire fire and personal butler for special occasions.

Wildlife & Activities

Naabi Hill is an excellent location from which to see the Migration, and full day drives across the plains offer guests the chance to get really close to the interactions between herbivores and predators. It’s also possible to explore other nearby parts of the Serengeti from Naabi Hill, including the Moru Kopjes and Gol Kopjes. Walking safaris can be arranged in advance, and please let us know if you would like to walk.
