The Safari Series Camp

The Safari Series Camp is an authentic semi-mobile camp operating in the Lolldaiga Hills, a 50,000 acre private conservancy in the rugged Laikipia region northwest of Mount Kenya.

Accommodation & Facilities
The camp comprises six tents with partly open air en-suite bathrooms, with big beds, eco-friendly composting loos, hot showers, and a shaded verandah. The large mess tent is the central reception area with a dining area, sitting room and spa. Each night a fire is lit under the stars, where guests gather for a pre-dinner drink overlooking the watering hole and share stories from their day in the bush.

Wildlife & Activities
Lolldaiga Hills has excellent wildlife including elephant, leopard, lion, reticulated giraffe, eland, gerenuk, and zebra. A highlight of a stay here is being able to drive original Series 1 or 2 Land Rovers or Defenders on the reserve, a wonderful way to experience the bush in the company of an expert guide. Other activities on offer include shared day and night drives, walking safaris, visits to local Masai communities, fly camping, hiking, visits to ancient caves, and croquet on the airstrip.
