asDunas Lodge

asDunas Lodge has a lovely beachfront location a little way north of Vilanculos in Mozambique. From its slightly elevated position on the side of a dune, the lodge has wonderful views across a turquoise bay to the islands of the Bazaruto archipelago.

Accommodation & Facilities
asDunas has eight rooms, of which two are thatched cottages, and six are big safari tents under thatch roofs. The rooms have big bedrooms, large en-suite bathrooms with showers, private verandahs with a plunge pool, and lovely views across the ocean to the islands. Built over several levels, the lodge itself has a thatched main building with a lounge and dining room downstairs, a mezzanine games and reading room, a bar, an outside lounge, and a larger pool. Meals can be eaten inside or outside.

Activities
The activities included at the lodge are daily massages and dune-top sundowners. Swimming and snorkelling on the beach is good. Further afield, scuba diving, island boat trips, whale watching boat trips, deep sea fishing, horse riding, kitesurfing, canoeing, and visits to local commmunities can all be arranged.
