Islands of Siankaba

Islands of Siankaba is a comfortable lodge located on two islands in the Zambezi approximately 24 miles upstream from the spectacular Victoria Falls. The islands are linked by a wooden suspension bridge leading to an overhead walkway in the tree canopy which connects the elevated rooms.

Accommodation & Facilities
The lodge has seven secluded tented rooms set along the river bank among the indigenous trees. Each of the spacious teak and canvas rooms is beautifully furnished with a stand-alone bath, separate shower, ceiling fan and deck with a private view of the river. Meals are served on the main deck close to the bar, lounge and pool, all of which overlook the Zambezi.

Wildlife & Activities
Privately owned and located in a beautiful wilderness area, The Islands of Siankaba is a great place in which to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the African bush. Activities on offer include guided village walks, scenic canoe trips and sun downer boat trips. From the lodge it is also possible to visit the Victoria Falls, Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park and Livingstone town. Helicopter flights, bungee jumps and white water rafting can also be arranged locally for an additional charge.
