Atmosphere Kanifushi

Atmosphere Kanifushi is an all-inclusive resort situated in the sparsely populated Lhaviyani Atoll.  Kanifushi island itself is around 2km in length and about 90 metres wide with glittering white sands and lush tropical vegetation.  The resort is reached via a 30 minute sea plane transfer from Malé International Airport.

Accommodation & Facilities
The entire resort has been designed and built with a fusion of traditional and modern architecture giving a contemporary feel with a local touch.  The 132 stand-alone beach villas are spread along the lagoon shore, each offering a spacious living area and all have direct access to the beach and the beautiful lagoon beyond.  Sunset beach villas are the entry level, while sunset pool and sunset family villas are a little larger; the former are in a secluded spot at the northern tip of the island and have their own pools, while the latter are ideal for families travelling with children.  There are various dining and bar options and a large pool at the centre of the resort.

Activities
There is plenty to do at Atmosphere Kanifushi, from jogging trails and yoga or exploring the vast lagoon and reef beyond.  Children are well catered for as well with a kids’ club offering fun and adventurous activities on a daily basis.  Diving and snorkelling is excellent, and a variety of water sports, both motorised and non-motorised is available from the water sports centre.  Excursions to local community islands, to deserted islands for a picnic lunch and sunset cruises can also be arranged.  The spa is set among lush landscaped gardens with a pretty coastal view and is a super spot to enjoy a pampering treatment.
