Vundu Camp

Vundu Camp has a wonderfully peaceful and remote private concession in the eastern part of Mana Pools National Park, a world heritage site renowned for its abundant wildlife and remarkable natural beauty. Shaded by beautiful riparian forest on the banks of the Zambezi River, Vundu offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Africa.
 
Accommodation & Facilities
Vundu Camp has eight large rooms with tented sides and thatched roofs, and en-suite bathrooms, flush loos and inside and outside showers. One room is a family villa with two en-suite bedrooms and a lounge.  Vundu is a simple but very comfortable camp, and offers an authentic safari experience. There is a selection of dining areas all with great views of the river, as well as a large thatched main building with a bar and a big lounge.
 
Wildlife & Activities 
Vundu’s private concession is rich in wildlife, and canoeing,  boat cruises, walking safaris or wildlife drives are excellent ways to experience this wonderful part of Africa. Whichever activity they choose, guests can expect to have close encounters with animals such as lion, elephant, buffalo, hippo, hyena, eland, and wild dog, among many more, with some of Zimbabwe’s finest guides.
